These terms govern your use of NurseOracle as an independent educational study tool.
Educational use only
NurseOracle provides exam-preparation practice and educational content. It is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for your nursing program, official references, institutional policy, or professional judgment.
Do not use NurseOracle to make patient-care decisions or as an emergency resource.
Content and scores
Questions, rationales, Tutor responses, recommendations, and simulations may contain errors. Some content is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may be reviewed before publication.
Readiness scores, category performance, and study plans are predictions for study planning only. NurseOracle does not guarantee exam eligibility, registration, results, or passage.
Subscriptions
NurseOracle Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store account. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are controlled by Apple and shown before purchase confirmation.
Unless cancelled through your Apple account settings, a subscription renews according to the terms displayed by Apple. Restoring purchases checks eligible App Store entitlement status.
Acceptable use
You may use NurseOracle for personal study. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls or quotas, scrape or redistribute the question bank, reverse engineer protected service behavior, or use the service unlawfully.
We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, content rights, or service security.
Availability and changes
Features and content may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may update these terms when product capabilities or legal requirements change.
Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
