NURSEORACLE

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 29, 2026

This policy explains what NurseOracle processes when you use the app and how that information supports your study experience.

Information we process

The app stores study preferences such as your exam date, daily goal, reminder settings, bookmarks, and local session state on your device.

To provide question delivery, progress synchronization, Tutor conversations, content feedback, and subscription access, our servers may process a guest identifier, question attempts, selected answers, timestamps, Tutor messages, question reports, and subscription entitlement status. An email address is not required to use the guest experience.

How information is used

We use this information to deliver study content, resume eligible sessions, calculate study-planning signals, identify weak areas, enforce usage limits, improve content quality, respond to reports, and verify Pro access.

Readiness scores and recommendations are educational study signals. They are not official exam results or guarantees that you will pass or fail NCLEX.

Service providers

NurseOracle uses infrastructure, artificial-intelligence, analytics, and purchase providers to operate the service. Data is shared only as needed for those providers to perform services on our behalf.

Purchases are processed by Apple and subscription entitlement information may be processed by RevenueCat. Tutor messages may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response grounded in approved study material. Do not include patient-identifying or other sensitive personal information in Tutor messages or support requests.

Choices and deletion

You can clear local study history and preferences from Settings. Deleting local data does not automatically remove server records or App Store purchase history.

To request access to or deletion of server-associated guest data, contact aaronjasonall@gmail.com. We may need information from the app to identify the guest record.

Data protection and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
